Career Gap Audit

Core

A forensic review process where a third-party (TrustWiz) validates a candidate's non-employment timeline using secondary evidence (courses, medical records) to establish legitimacy.

BGV Red Flag

Risk

A status assigned by agencies (like FirstAdvantage) when an employment period cannot be verified. TrustWiz converts this to "Green" by verifying the gap explicitly.

TrustWiz ID™

Asset

A unique alphanumeric identifier (e.g., TW-26-X9A2) permanently assigned to L3/L4 candidates. Allows recruiters to query the Registry Database for instant validation.

Stealth Mode

Privacy

A privacy setting for L1/L2 audits where data is not searchable in the public registry. Verification is only possible via a direct secure link or PDF upload.

Verification Protocols

Will TCS/Infosys accept this?
Yes. When BGV teams ask for "Proof of Activity" during a gap, they look for third-party validation. A TrustWiz Audit Certificate acts as a notarized affidavit of your timeline, verified by an independent registry. It serves as "Alternate Evidence" compliant with ISO 27001 BGV standards.
Fake Experience vs. Gap Audit?
Crucial Distinction: Fake experience involves lying about a job you didn't do (Illegal). A Gap Audit involves truthfully stating you were NOT working, but verifying *why* (Legal). TrustWiz validates the *truth* of your gap, protecting your integrity.

Process & Privacy

Is my medical data public?
Never. Your medical records, bank statements, and affidavits are stored in our "Evidence Vault" (AES-256 Encrypted). Recruiters searching your TrustWiz ID only see: Name, Verification Status (Green/Red), and Validity Date. They cannot view your raw documents.
What if my audit is rejected?
If evidence is insufficient, our analysts will request a "Supplementary Review." If you cannot provide truthful evidence, the audit is marked "Unverified." We do not refund fees for failed audits, as the cost covers the analyst's labor and API verification charges.

How do I verify a candidate?
Go to the Registry Search page (Link in footer). Enter the candidate's TrustWiz ID (e.g., TW-26-XXXX). The system will return a real-time status packet confirming the validity of their gap audit. No login required for single queries.
