The 5-Step Forensic Audit Cycle

Step 01: Intake & Classification T+0 Hours

The candidate submits a gap declaration. Our system classifies the gap type (Medical, Education, Layoff) and generates a customized "Required Evidence List" based on BGV standards.

Step 02: Evidence Ingestion T+2 Hours

Candidate uploads digital proofs to the encrypted vault. Our system scans metadata (EXIF data, creation dates) to detect forged or edited documents immediately.

Step 03: Forensic Review T+24 Hours

Human analysts verify the logic. Example: If you claim "Freelancing," we cross-reference bank credits with client invoices. If "Medical," we verify hospital existence and discharge timelines.

Step 04: Immutable Recording T+36 Hours

Once verified, the record is locked. A TrustWiz ID (TW-XX) is generated. For L3/L4 tiers, this ID is indexed in our public search for instant recruiter verification.
